Absolutely in love with travel, photography, and anything that associates with music. Certified Zumba and Bollywood dance Instructor.
I especially like the culture of Japan and South Korea and I frequent this region multiple times per year. I feel most intrigued by Kyoto and Seoul, both capitals of historical importance. I find myself gravitating toward do-it-yourself experiences when visiting an area. Making buckwheat noodles, participating in tea ceremonies, getting fitted into kimono and hanbok, taking kpop dance classes, chasing after parades with my camera have been some of the highlights in my recent travels.
I have been an active member of Millbrae Camera Club since 2009 and had my first photo exhibit in Society of Western Artist Center in December 2015. Although portraiture and street photography remain my favorites, I am venturing into landscape photography. I am currently working on my photo portfolio for Royal Photographic Society Distinction consideration.
I started writing a blog in August 2015. I am, therefore, new to writing. I have contributed to Kyoto guide on Trip Advisor before. I find the opportunity invigorating. I would like to expand my writing capability, especially on topics dear to my heart. Be it dancing, traveling, or taking photos. I want to entice my audience to do what I have done. Sing, dance, take photos and travel.
